The Leadership Toolkit training was truly game changing for the leadership team. In most instances where we’ve solicited external training, the content has been very theoretically based. Sessions often revolve around breakout rooms as well. Caerus Change leverage theory and breakout rooms, but what really differentiates them is their focus on experiential learning. They put the participants through exercises that force them to feel what its like to experience psychological safety. And the fact they were able to create such an environment in just a 4 hour training period was really remarkable and a testament to the quality and high caliber of the facilitators. I’ve received so much positive feedback after the training, stating things such as, “this is by far the best training we received,” or “great session, totally different than what I was expecting but so excited to see the changes it drives on the team.” This was truly a differentiated training and something I would highly recommend to everyone- leadership and line level alike!
