We draw on insights from Prof Amy Edmondson’s Fearless Organization Scan (FOS) to build psychologically safe, high performing teams. Intact team debriefs using the FOS are transformational systemic interventions revealing actionable insight into how to increase psychological safety, collaboration, innovation and performance.
Each facilitated team dialogue explores current levels of psychological safety, what’s working, and where there are opportunities to improve. Each discovery session is facilitated by an experienced team coach with deep expertise in psychological safety. The debrief leads to actionable insight that is unique to the team’s context, members and dynamic.
Typically we contract with CEOs and leaders for more than one session so that they can remeasure psychological safety after an agreed time period and explore the impact of action plans from any baseline measure. If appropriate we may use other transformational insight tools and co-shape specific systemic ‘experiments’ to support transformational systemic change.
While we are happy to work with Boards and other key teams that set the tone and have a disproportional impact on performance, we prefer to work with organizations that are interested in and committed to whole system transformation.
